George practises in commercial and common law, including personal injury, clinical negligence, inquests and inquires. He has become an experienced advocate in civil fraud litigation dealing with commercial and insurance disputes ranging from freezing orders to trials and subsequent contempt proceedings.
He has extensive experience in defending fraudulent and exaggerated insurance claims. His regulatory work includes financial services disputes (acting for both banks and consumers).
