As an arbitrator and mediator, he has extensive experience in areas including employment issues, regulatory frameworks, inquiries, corporate governance, commercial contracts, investment agreements, and construction-related matters in both the public and private sectors.
Huw is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an accredited Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) commercial mediator.
